HOW TO REDEEM POINTS

1. Go to https://www.dsw.com/vip

2. Under "HOW FAST DO YOU WANT YOUR REWARDS?" click "Change"

3. Change it to $20, click save

4. Change it to $10, click save

5. Change it to $5, click save

6. You should now see the certificates in the account

7. If you don't then start from step 3 again
